"Alte Stellmacherei" in Gadenstadt, 25th of November, 2011
The concert was sold out again and the audience was really enthusiastic.
After three hours of playing Hans and Jeff now declare the "Alte Stellmacherei" their favorite location to perform!

... a performance on a private party gained us a new fan (Reinhard Kock, www.werbeservice-kock.de). He designed and printed a new banner for us - for free! Thanks a lot!

HIGH NOON
!!!!!!!!!
Pappenheimer, Friday, the 13th of March, 2009
Concert in the "Alte Stellmacherei" in Gadenstedt
HIGH NOON's first appearance at the club "Alte Stellmacherei" at the village of Gadenstedt near Peine was very successful.
Quite amazingly the concert had been sold out days in advance. Accordingly the echo in the local press was highly positive.
Reporter Nina Hartwig wrote an article in the Peiner Allgemeine Zeitung (PAZ) on November 24, 2008 with the headline
"The Ukulele Is a Guitar-Puppy"- this being one of Jeff's fond names for his smallest instrument.
As usual this wasn't the only exhilarating remark from the two cowboys and thus "... HIGH NOON succeded with their relaxed performance and their jokes in entertaining the crowd quite well." - As Nina Hartwig writes on , eventually appreciating the audience's enthusiasm with the musical side of the show: "... Almost each of the 60 visitors joins in and sings: 'Lay that pistol down, babe...' ".
(Translation by Hans Rolirad, the original version of the newspaper excerpts is on the german page.)
PS: The additional concert in Gadenstedt on the 27th of November was sold out, too. And it was as much a success as the first concert had been.
We play on the "Kesperkirmes" in Witzenhausen to support the Guinness World Record Event of cherry-stone-long-distance-spitting. The stage is near the spitting area. Website: http://www.dksws.de/english.htm
